{"id":22165,"date":"2020-12-12T19:28:39","date_gmt":"2020-12-12T17:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stylediary.ro\/wordpress\/?p=22165"},"modified":"2023-11-30T15:46:39","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T13:46:39","slug":"puloverul-anti-anxietate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stylediary.ro\/wordpress\/2020\/12\/12\/puloverul-anti-anxietate\/","title":{"rendered":"Puloverul anti-anxietate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De cand tin fraiele editoriale ale revistei Psychologies, imi petrec si mai mult timp observand, analizand, cercetand, discutand, scriind despre nuantele care tin de psihologia stilului si modei: ce face ca anume haine, culori, texturi, forme sa trezeasca in noi emotii, stari, ganduri, reactii, comportamente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intrebarea devine si mai interesanta cand ma gandesc la cum putem folosi hainele in scop terapeutic. Nu, nu ma refer la camasa de forta, ci la ce piese, nuante, texturi si materiale ne-ar putea sprijini cand vrem sa ne conectam cu puterea noastra interioara, cand dorim sa ne eliberam de o tristete apasatoare, cand cautam o cale de a depasi o stare de anxietate. Poate are legatura cu sezonul sau cu anul acesta, dar cea mai la indemana \u201csupa stilistica pentru suflet\u201d pe care am gasit-o are legatura cu tesaturile moi, pufoase si cu drapajele grele. Pe scurt, reteta se rezuma la un pulover. La polul opus al acestei dorinte sta nevoia de a ne strecura in pantaloni de training pufosi, intr-un hanorac comod, in niste sosete groase, intr-o patura calduroasa\u2026 Atingerea moale a unei tesaturi ne linisteste. Atractia fata de lucrurile moi si pufoase incepe de cand suntem mici si ne atasam de o paturica sau o jucarie din plus, si dureaza pana la maturitate, cand simturile ne sunt trezite de un pulover din casmir, de un furou din matase naturala, de o fusta din piele intoarsa, de asternuturi din bumbac satinat\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desi nu stiu ca vreun laborator sa fi studiat efectul tricotajelor de felurite grosimi pe oameni cu diverse grade de stres, oriunde te uiti, legatura dintre \u201cpufos\u201d si \u201cstare de bine\u201d e evidenta. Tesaturile somptuoase sunt &#8211; in moda, in amenajarile interioare, dar si in mesajele reclamelor pentru orice produs cu aceste calitati &#8211; echivalentul unui masaj de relaxare. Acesta e unul din motivele pentru care paturile cu greutate (sau ponderate, in engleza sunt denumite \u201cweighted blankets\u201d) sunt folosite in tratamentul insomniilor, anxietatii, stresului si chiar a unor tulburari de tip ADHD: senzatia de ocrotire creaza o stare de calm, de detensionare, de cuibarire. Tipul acesta de paturi grele \u2013 a caror greutate variaza de la 2.5 kg la aproape 14 kg \u2013 au acelasi efect asupra corpului si creierului de adult cu infasatul strans al bebelusilor: cu cat sunt infasati mai strans, cu atat se simt mai protejati si cu atat adorm mai rapid, mai adanc, mai linistit si mai multe ore. Nu degeaba, instinctiv, ne refugiem in bratele unui parinte cand suntem copii si simtim frica\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piesele vestimentare din tesaturi grele si\/ sau moi \u2013 un mantou din stofa, postav sau casmir, acel pulover mare si gros, niste pantaloni tricotati pentru cat stam in casa \u2013 ar putea avea cam acelasi efect asupra noastra cu cel al paturilor cu greutate, ceea ce poate fi un argument pentru cumpararea unei haine bune, de calitate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viata e oricum suficient de stresanta si fara pericole reale, iar in perioada asta parca cu atat mai mare e dorinta de a ne simti in siguranta, cuibarite intr-un pulover generos, invelite intr-un <em>onesie<\/em> de catifea, infasurate intr-un fular supradimensionat\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Buy me a coffee. \u2615 Daca ti-a placut acest articol sau daca ceea ce scriu in newsletter si pe Instagram te-a ajutat sa iti cultivi stilul, sa-ti infrumusetezi tinutele sau sa iei decizii vestimentare mai educate, m-as bucura sa-mi sprijini munca cumparand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buymeacoffee.com\/irinamko\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.buymeacoffee.com\/irinamko\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o cafea virtuala, aici.<\/a> Sau doua.
