Pentru mine, talentul unui negociator insemna gasirea unui numitor comun in dialogul cu celalalt, plus un dram de agresivitate discret manevrata in discutie, astfel incat la final cei doi parteneri sa fie multumiti de rezultat dar numai unul dintre cei doi sa aiba un mic avantaj suplimentar. Ca sa nu mai spun ca &#8222;negocierea&#8221; o vedeam legata doar de contracte, finante si cuplu. <em>Anyway, I was wrong.<\/em> Am descoperit ca lucrurile nu stau deloc asa&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>De curand ascultam o inregistrare cu <em><strong>Heidi Roizen<\/strong><\/em>, facuta in cadrul unei conferinte pentru B<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SvkoMVtF7UY\" target=\"_blank\">erkeley Haas School of Business Women<\/a> de la UC. Daca intrati in acelasi magazin si ganditi &#8222;hmm, nu e nici o geanta maro expusa, dar ce-ar fi sa o intreb pe vanzatoare?&#8221;, e posibil ca raspunsul sa fie &#8222;nu avem in acest magazin, dar v-o putem comanda din altul!&#8221;, ceea ce reprezinta un alt nivel de solutionare a problemei tale, intr-un mod la care nu te-ai fi gandit initial. Cand le puneti in aplicare: la munca, in cuplu, la cumparaturi? Credeti in situatiile win-win, sau unul trebuie sa piarda?
