Cum va definiti weekendul? Mai exista weekenduri adevarate, deconectare totala? Al vostru cade sambata & duminica sau martea & miercurea? Sunteti in stare sa va inchideti telefoane, laptopuri, tablete, televizoare…? Va dati timp sa va linistiti, sa va indepartati de tumultul si ritmul saptamanii, sa respirati adanc, sa va intindeti?<\/p>\n

Indiferent care ne este programul sau definitia sfarsitului de saptamana – mers la mare sau catarat pe munte, party-uri pana la rasaritul soarelui sau leneveala de dupa-amiaza, gatit brunch pentru prieteni sau facut yoga, mini-excursii intr-un oras frumos din strainatate sau de pe la noi, stat cu familia sau singure -, incercam sa ne bucuram intens de doua zile libere, sa incarcam cele 48 de ore (sau putin mai mult) cu tot ce nu avem timp\/ energie\/ dispozitie sa facem in restul saptamanii.<\/p>\n
